January training

The month of January is based on work in the gym, during this period of time I train 4 to 5 times a week with weights.
I try to keep a contact with long sessions but not in a kayak but by running and cross country skiing.
Because of the climate change with hawaii, goiing out on the water is not easy, this is why i work with the indoor kayak a lot.
