A typical week of training
I work on a 3 weeks intensive / 1 week regeneration basis. At the same time, I have 20 hours of classes for my political science master, plus studying. This is to give you an idea of how often I train; the sessions here are not always the same. For example in winter I do more workouts in the gym and more cross country skiing.
Monday: Gym (1h30) + Technical Kayak (15*3’)
Tuesday: Kayak EB1 1H + Running (45’)
Wednesday: Kayak EB2 (10km) + Swimming (2km)
Thursday: Gym/Weight lifting (1h30) + Long kayak session (15km)
Friday: Kayak (1h3O) + Easy paddling 50’
Saturday: Gym (1h30)
Sunday: Kayak (1H) + Running 45’
Each day next to my training sessions, I go to the university. Every week I have 15 to 20 hours of classes with my political science Master. And then you need to ad the personnal work hours.
