My background

My French club is the Lyon Canoe Kayak Club and in the USA it is the Kenmore – Cascada Canoe Club near Seattle. In France my club is situated in the city, which helps me significantly to simultaneously achieve my University project and kayak objectives. This year I obtained my bachelor’s degree, with a double major in Political Science and in English.

My project is multifaceted with a university side, as well as a professional side (I obtained my professional kayak instructor diploma in 2011) with a double discipline in kayaking: down river and flat water.

This year I am studying in Bern (Switzerland), in an exchange program with Bern University. This year is my first year in a political science Masters program; it is also allowing me to concentrate on improving my third language of German.

Competing in down river kayaking is still a part of my objectives. However flat water kayak racing is another challenge in kayaking that is becoming a passion and that I am competing in. This year my training and competitions in flat water will increase in view of obtaining an Olympic qualification for Rio 2016.
